All Saints votes to resist IRS

The liberal Episcopal congregation in Pasadena won't turn over the emails and other documents requested by the IRS. The church's 26-member vestry voted unanimously to not cooperate in the government probe into whether All Saints improperly endorsed John Kerry over George Bush in 2004.
