Richardson changes venue

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson won't announce Monday at the L.A. Press Club after all. His campaign sent out an urgent notice that the Millennium Biltmore downtown is where he'll declare he's running for president. It's in the Gold Room at 10 am.
