LaBonge spokeswoman moves on
Jane Galbraith is leaving as director of communications for Councilman Tom LaBonge after six years to work in the public affairs group at the Department of Water and Power. She begins there March 31. Carolyn Ramsay, formerly a field deputy for LaBonge, becomes head of communications.
