Chief William Bratton has scheduled an 11 am press conference tomorrow with State Sen. Mark Ridley-Thomas, the candidate for county Supervisor. They don't officially label it an endorsement event. But who's running against Ridley-Thomas again? Oh right, former LAPD chief — and persistent Bratton annoyance — Bernard Parks.
