Freshman state Assemblyman Felipe Fuentes — the ex-chief of staff to Alex Padilla in City Hall who dropped out of the 2007 race to succeed his boss on the City Council — will give the Democrats' response to President Bush's Saturday radio address. Rick Orlov already has the remarks.
