Weather reader Jackie Johnson was out last night with Channel 9 colleagues Mary Beth McDade and Melissa McCarty, but it was Johnson who got all the personal attention from Girls Gone Wild dude Joe Francis. I'm happy to report the blonde who gets in the car with Joe is not one of the KCAL Three. TMZ video

What is it about her?: Out of curiosity I checked the logs to see if Johnson still ranks high on the search-o-meter here at LA Observed. Sure enough, this month her name is the number two draw for search engine referrals, behind RFK assassination figure Juan Romero. Sharon Tay ranks third. Now, this is just weird. For years they have dominated the search hits. It's not like they are the only attractive women in local TV. So then I got curious about previous months.

It's fitting that Tay attracts more Google interest than Johnson, even if it's mostly teenagers trolling for photos. I find Tay solid in the anchor chair and as a field reporter. Johnson may be improved, but I can't get past her fuzzy math skills. By the way, Lisa Guerrero lapped them with 7,000 search hits here in March.
