Screen grab
If the new downZelled L.A. Times is going to convince people it knows about Los Angeles, it needs to stop describing places in Los Angeles as in "the Burbank area." The train-vs-pedestrian incident this morning was handled by the Los Angeles Fire Department, north of Sherman Way and west of the Hollywood Freeway, which I guess would be Van Nuys or North Hollywood. (The later Times story changed it to "Van Nuys area.")
