Hey county, your sprinklers are on
City Hall's new water police won't have to look far for offenders of the rule against mid-day watering. Me and everyone else on the sidewalk during the noon hour just had to dodge errant spray from sprinklers watering the lawn outside the county Hall of Administration on Temple Street.
