Jury duty today *

After a couple of delays, this one I have to do. I'll be at the downtown criminal courts.

* Update: Freed after a couple of hours, to return another day. As of Dec. 17, they promise the 11th floor jury room will finally have wireless to help pass the time productively. It seems like a pretty smooth operation all in all, with free parking provided in the Disney Hall garage, so you get a little exercise too. The oddest thing I encountered was a table in the jury assembly room with a jigsaw puzzle of downtown Hartford, Connecticut.
