Assemblyman Hagman saves two from burning car

Freshman Republican Curt Hagman from Chino Hills tells Capitol Weekly that he was at home in Sacramento last night when he heard a crash. Outside he found a man and a woman trapped in a burning car and helped them get out just before their car — and the parked pick-up truck they hit — exploded.
