State assemblyman Paul Krekorian, whose district centers on Burbank, is renting an apartment in the 2nd Los Angeles city council district while he ponders whether to run for the open seat to replace Wendy Greuel. You have to live in the district as of Saturday to be eligible to file, says Rick Orlov.
