Same on the Rocky Delgadillo trying to push through a billboard deal boomlet. "Sometimes, a no is a no - but woe to the person trying to correct the record," says Orlov on the Daily News website. "Just because it gets circulated and re-circulated doesn't make it so."
Meanwhile: Mayor Villaraigosa said today his relationship with TV reporter Lu Parker won't affect his decision on whether to run for governor.
