All that stuff about Michelle Delgadillo's business dealings was investigated by the U.S. Attorney's office in San Francisco and will not lead to any charges, according to ex-city attorney Rocky Delgadillo's lawyer. The lawyer is the only source cited in the L.A. Times story; the feds had no comment. In 2008 the San Francisco Chronicle broke the story that the probe of the Delgadillos was on. A year earlier Mrs. Delgadillo became the focus of attention over her, um, driving.
