Costs of this Thursday's Michael Jackson funeral and interment at Forest Lawn Glendale — the second Forest Lawn to have handled his body — will be paid by the singer's estate. A lawyer who took part in today's probate hearing called the level of spending "extraordinary," but the amount was not disclosed.
