California's high speed rail commission is set to award a big PR contract tomorrow to Mercury Public Affairs, the firm run by Gov. Schwarzenegger's top political advisor and his former campaign manager that also includes ex-Speaker Fabian Nuñez. The commission is lousy with ex-Schwarzenegger aides and Nuñez appointees.
