Bass kicks off with Watson, Ridley-Thomas

Former Speaker Karen Bass made it official this morning that she is running in the 33rd congressional district. Her announcement was timed with a release from Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas saying he's endorsing her. Incumbent Diane Watson spoke at the press conference.
