Focus shifting back to Chile *

The death toll in Chile has reached at least 214 by some reports as the country begins digging out from this morning's 8.8 earthquake — fifth strongest in the world since 1900. A film crew from Terra TV captured the quake live while filming a report on the Viña del Mar music festival.
