Schwarzenegger names Dan Schnur as FPPC chair

dan-schnur-usc.jpgThe governor just named Dan Schnur to be chair of the Fair Political Practices Commission. Schnur, the former communications director for Gov. Pete Wilson and John McCain's 2000 presidential campaign, is currently director of USC's Jesse M. Unruh Institute of Politics. He's 46. The job pays $132,000.
