Beutner on 'Which Way, L.A.?'

First Deputy Mayor and DWP chief Austin Beutner guests with Warren Olney on "Which Way, L.A.?" tonight at 7 p.m. and talks about the department and the chatter that he might be a candidate for mayor. City Hall reporters David Zahniser of the Times and Rick Orlov of the Daily News join in. Also: Mayor Villaraigosa talked about his bicycle vision for Los Angeles yesterday on "Design and Architecture," hosted by Frances Anderton on KCRW.
