Programming note

I'm the keynote speaker today at the Founders Day celebration at California State University, Northridge. Five hundred something alumni from the college's early years will be there. They're going to hear from me about the San Fernando Valley and its history. So no Morning Buzz today. Check out Mark's morning headlines at LA Biz Observed.
