Harris extends AG lead to 31,483 votes

Latest from the Secretary of State has Kamala Harris pulling away from Steve Cooley. The SoS estimates as of 5 p.m. that there are 156,000 ballots still to be looked at in Los Angeles County, more than 774,000 statewide. Plenty of votes for this to still go either way, it looks like.
