Troy Anderson exits the county beat

Anderson covered the county Hall of Administration for the Daily News and its sister papers for about a decade. His farewell note to the newsroom is after the jump.

It has been an honor to work at the Daily News these past 11 years. I have many fond memories and will miss everyone, but I'd like to spend more time with my family and pursue a new chapter in my life as an author and freelance magazine writer.

Thank you for your kindness all these years.

Troy Anderson
