KPFK transmitter down, station is off the air *

Due to a power outage at Mt Wilson our tranmitter is currently down.

Our live programming continues to run un-interreupted online. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible

SoCal Edison says the outage on Mt. Wilson began yesterday and may continue until 6 p.m.

Tuesday, June 21, 2011 5:50 PM Issue : There is currently a power outage in this area. This outage is due to an equipment problem. Status : Repair crews are in the process of completing repairs. Repairs may be delayed due to additional personnel being needed.

Can I just say: this time I received no complaints from any listeners about KPFK being silent.
