KFI adds food show: 'The Fork Report'

Neil Saavedra, the KFI/AM 640 marketing director, will host the new Saturday afternoon show that's due to start Jan. 7, says Gary Lycan at the Register. The time slot is 2 to 4 p.m. The same day, on rival KNX/AM 1070 , Melinda Lee's "Food News" will switch to Saturdays only from 10 a.m. to noon on KNX/1070 AM.

Also from Lycan: KABC's John Phillips will host morning drive (5-9 a.m.) for the week starting Dec. 26, then switch on Jan. 3 to a 9-10 a.m. weekday slot.
