Two video views of Beverly Hills subway issues

westside-subway-logo.jpgThe MTA board held a hearing today to listen to concerns from Beverly Hills about the agency's desire to tunnel under Beverly Hills High School and locate the Purple Line station inside Century City at Constellation Avenue. For various reasons some in Beverly Hills would like the station to be on Santa Monica Boulevard and the tunnel re-routed from beneath the school. The Metro board prefers to stick with is original plan, which was recommended by the agency's staff and in the EIS approved a few weeks ago, but no vote was held Thursday. Nor was the public heard from. That could happen May 24.

So anyway: Beverly Hills interests posted a rather ridiculous video for that side a couple of weeks ago, and this week an anonymous YouTube account posted an anti-Beverly Hills retort that was more snarky (and insulting to the BHians) than informative. The intelligence and integrity bar is definitely low on both sides.

Here's both. Can you tell which is which?
