Behind the scenes at Guelaguetza

Sonic Trace, a radio storytelling project from KCRW and Localore — which is a nationwide initiative of the Association of Independents in Radio and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting — spent a morning talking to servers and other staff at Restaurante Guelaguetza before the venerable (and much written about) Oaxacan eatery in Koreatown opened for the day. The project
