Singing the praises of LA's Chinese food

"For Chinese food there's no place in the United States like Southern California," New York Times columnist Mark Bittman says in a new video that is a collaboration between the paper and the University of California. He goes in search of Chop Suey's Next Wave starting in Chinatown and at Grand Central Market, with UC Irvine professor Yong Chen, author of “Chop Suey, USA: The Story of Chinese Food in America.”
