
There was no explanation (other than the obvious) on why the former KB Home Chairman and CEO resigned last week as a director of Rosemead-based Edison International and Honeywell International (those are the only two corporate boards he's been on.) Edison's SEC filing said the resignation “did not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to Edison International's operations, policies or practices.” Honeywell's filing said pretty much the same thing. This story might not go away for a while.
