Aren't writers getting a little tired of being told by moguls - and even ex-moguls - that a deal has been struck and that the strike is history? Somehow I don't recall the WGA board signing off on a new contract, much less the full membership ratifying it. Michael Eisner is the latest Budinski, telling CNBC's "Fast Money" that "it's over." Yeah, but is it possible that the writers could still reject the agreement? "A deal has been made, and they'll be back to work very soon," Eisner said, adding, "I know a deal's been made. I know it's over."
