Movies, wiretaps and fools

How else do you describe the trial of Anthony Pellicano, who on Tuesday was cross-examining his ex-girlfriend, who also happens to be the ex-wife of Keith Carradine. Yeah, this thing is definitely getting weird. Later, NY hedge fund manager Adam Sender testified under immunity that the private eye had once offered to have movie producer Aaron Russo killed for him. Sender had handed over $1.1 million to Russo in hopes of getting into the movie business. Well, Russo never did make any movies, and after a while Sender wanted his money back. Sucka!!!! See more at my Lawdragon blog. Also check out Allison Hope Weiner, who is covering the trial for the Huffington Post.
