The Dow reached its 2008 low this morning, and then kept falling, on a bunch of icky news - a jump in oil prices, a drop in the dollar, downgrades of Citigroup and GM, a big earnings hit for Nike, and a worse-than-expected quarterly report from homebuilder Lennar (the company is being forced to cut prices to attract buyers). At last check, the Dow was off more than 200 points.
