Kozinski hires attorney

Makes sense, considering that Ninth Circuit jurist faces a judicial misconduct inquiry concerning those pornographic images on his server. Or were they just amusing images? Or was it actually his Web site? These are the questions that Kirkland & Ellis’s Mark Holscher will be sorting out on behalf of his client. Holscher, who works out the firm's L.A. office (he's a former O'Melveny & Myers guy), has defended a motley crew that includes former Congressman Duke Cunningham, scientist Wen Ho Lee and former Enron CEO Jeff Skilling. The Daily Journal reported the Holscher hire (no link but here's the account from Law Blog).
