Makes sense, considering that Ninth Circuit jurist faces a judicial misconduct inquiry concerning those pornographic images on his server. Or were they just amusing images? Or was it actually his Web site? These are the questions that Kirkland & Ellis’s Mark Holscher will be sorting out on behalf of his client. Holscher, who works out the firm's L.A. office (he's a former O'Melveny & Myers guy), has defended a motley crew that includes former Congressman Duke Cunningham, scientist Wen Ho Lee and former Enron CEO Jeff Skilling.
