The Hollywood nightclub owner - and a bunch of other things - has his Oriole Drive property on the market for $18.9 million. Neighbors include Leo DiCaprio and Keanu Reeves; the late Ricardo Montalban had a place nearby that's supposedly going for $20 million. Here's the description, courtesy of Real Estalker:
