GE-Vivendi deal

WSJ describes it as a tentative agreement in which General Electric will buy out French media conglomerate Vivendi's 20 percent stake in NBC Universal for $5.8 billion. That would set in motion of restructuring of NBCU that would leave cable giant Comcast with a majority stake. I haven't seen a full story as of yet. Business Week's Ron Grover also posted that a deal was in sight
