Good news in Vegas

The October median home price was actually up! Not by a whole lot, mind you - $139,000, which is whole $1,000 higher than the month before and still down almost 27 percent from October 2008. Sales were up 5.3 percent from September and 30 percent from a year earlier. Signs of a turnaround in the nation's worst housing market? I wouldn't bet on it. (LasVegasNow.com)
