Hockey gets tape-delayed

What would an Olympics be without NBC socking it to West Coast viewers? The latest jab: This afternoon's U.S.-Switzerland quarterfinal men's hockey game will be seen at 3 p.m. our time, a three-hour tape delay, while those on the East Coast will see the game live. For some reason, the network doesn't broadcast live on the West Coast. Earlier matches were shown live on the network's cable stations. Oh, and if the Americans get to the finals on Sunday, that will be tape-delayed too. Of course, you can get real-time results on about a zillion Web sites.
