It's an eight-acre oceanfront estate known as La Villa Contenta. It has four bedrooms, 8½ baths, a screening room and gym. And it's been the setting for "I Love You Man," "Funny People," and a bunch of TV shows. Now the place is for rent. Price: $250,000 a month. Real estate developer Richard Weintraub, who owns the property, tells the WSJ that he wants to travel for several months with his family and is building another house nearby.
