Do people really eat this stuff?

whopper.pngIt's tough to expect any improvement in the health of Americans when these monstrosities remain on fast-food menus. This is a Burger King Triple Whopper with Cheese. It contains 1,250 calories, 84 grams of fat, and half the recommended sodium intake for an entire day. Time has several other examples of why Americans keel over. What to do? I haven't the foggiest. Fast-food chains want to make money, and people obviously buy this stuff. You can say that they have a right to eat whatever they want - and that's true, but what happens when they check into the emergency room and the rest of us are stuck paying the bill?
