Oil flow has stopped

All valves have been shut on the new cap and oil stopped flowing into the Gulf of Mexico at 12:25 p.m. PT. BP still has to test out the cap to see if it can hold.

Get a look at BP stock. Spike occurred just after company announced that the oil had stopped.
