Socal good place for heart attacks

Hard to generalize on stuff like this, but Medicare data finds that 30-day mortality rate for heart attack patients is lower at local hospitals than for the nation overall. Looks as if the differences are considerable: National average is 16.2 percent, but at Cedars it's 12.7 percent, Saint John's 11.3 percent, and Los Robles in Thousand Oaks 12.3 percent.
