This being the dog days, the Hollywood/media elites are getting away from it all on their satellite-equipped sailing vessels. Among them, according to The Wrap, are Barry Diller and his wife Diane von Furstenburg, David Geffen and The Daily Beast's Tina Brown, Ron Perelman and Universal's Ron Meyer, Ben Silverman and Ryan Seacrest (the mind boggles on that pair), and Peter Guber en famille.
