SLO Town about to get busy

San Luis Obispo was one of the nine cities named by Smart Money magazine as a good spot to retire. Getting on one of these lists is like a restaurant getting a great review - expect the place to fill up real fast. That's what happened in Sarasota, Fla., Pinehurst, N.C., and Eugene, Ore., among the communities previously cited by Smart Money. The other places mentioned:
