The animation studio best known for producing "The Simpsons" is being acquired by an investment group in an all-cash deal. The group will be led by former Film Roman president Scott Greenberg, who left the company in 2008. Terms of the deal not disclosed. Starz has been unloading a number of its assets as of late - last summer it sold Overture Films to Relativity Media. (The Wrap)
