Air travelers beware

If you plan to head east tonight, you might want to check with your airline. A snow emergency has just been declared for NY, Delta canceled more than 1,400 flights out of Atlanta, Boston schools will be closed tomorrow - it's another miserable stretch of weather. Already, a bunch of flights have been canceled out of LAX. From USA Today:

Airline customers suffered another day of travel chaos today as wintry weather snarled flight schedules across the eastern half of the United States. By this afternoon, Tuesday's tally of canceled flights soared past 2,000 as areas of snow, ice and sleet affected disrupted operations from the Midwest to the Southeast.
