spelling2.jpgCentury City's super-luxury condo tower, appropriately called The Century, is quite a place, at least judging by the pictorial posted on Curbed L.A. Everything seems so ... clean! Even the dog park looks like it's tended to every hour or so. Other amenities include a theater, a kids room, and a super-duper gym. For all the hoopla, however, the place is only about 30 percent sold. Spelling paid $35 million for her digs.
