Crisis averted! Hollywood rejoices! Golden Globes will air on NBC

Let us clap our hands and rejoice - there is some good news in the world this morning. LAT has the scoop:

On Friday morning, the Hollywood Foreign Press Assn., creator and owner of the high-profile event; Dick Clark Productions, which produces the show; and broadcaster NBC plan to announce that they have cobbled together a one-year agreement to jointly stage the annual awards fest at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Jan. 15.

Still left to be resolved: A bitter feud between the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and Dick Clark Productions, with a court battle is being readied.
