Well, at least somebody is challenging the campaign nonsense

CNN's Soledad O'Brien is often a little too insinuating for my taste, but this interview with Republican blowhard John Sununu is worth a watch. That the Romney campaign is portraying President Obama as trying to gut Medicare is pretty rich, considering that the Paul Ryan plan would effectively phase out the program in its current form. What's nice to see is a TV person actually challenging an outrageous talking point instead of just sitting there blankly. Also notice how O'Brien tossed back Sununu's attack on her. Nice.
