There won't be a big new jail built smack between the Japanese National Museum in Little Tokyo and the Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple. Good. Jails have to be somewhere, but not in the midst of walking communities next to historic sites. Rip Rense wrote about the outrage last week, and yesterday the city stopped it.
