4th Floor is named for the level in City Hall where all of the elected city council members have their offices. The floor teems with ambitious aides who know what's really going on in the building and who gossip voraciously. Now they have a blog for themselves, written anonymously of course — this should be fun. The latest entry reports on two deputies leaving Miscikowski's offices, and the "about" page explains why the cloak of mystery:
Right now we are keeping our names a secret for two reasons. 1. We want to see how well this is received before our unveiling. 2. If you knew who we were you might think twice before commenting on us, or our boss.
