A. Jerrold "Jerry" Perenchio, the former chair of Univision, has donated $1.5 million to back two of the May special election measures being pushed by the governor. It's the second time that Perenchio "has spent big bucks to help the ballot agenda of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger," Peter Hecht says in the Sacramento Bee.
